Grading & Condition
We grade our iPhones based on their condition at the time they are listed for sale.
Each iPhone product page has unique photographs of the device and has multiple pictures taken from all sides/angles with any imperfections mentioned in the description, to ensure you know exactly what you are getting.
All iPhones are logged out of iCloud, have FMI (find my iPhone) off and are factory reset unless specifically stated otherwise. Each iPhone comes with a brand new 1M replacement charging cable.
Refurbished devices which are newer models may display non-genuine part messages if a part has been replaced. Visit Parts Serialisation for more information about this. Parts that have been replaced are sourced from reliable high-quality stores and are often OEM or high quality aftermarket parts.
Grading System:
New - Brand new & sealed, unless stated otherwise.
Excellent - Shows minimal sign of use. May still have some light marks, but often hard to notice unless looking close.
Very Good - Has some light signs of use which may include general use scratches on the housing and screen, or imperfections.
Good - Some scratches and signs of previous use which are noticeable.
Fair - Showing obvious signs of use, may have lots of scratches to the screen and/or housing, and in some cases there will be small marks/cracks/chips (which will always be pictured closely and mentioned in the product description).
Battery health will vary for each individual phone and is pictured/stated on each product page.
All imperfections and any 'non-genuine part' messages will be mentioned in the product description and factored into the product price.
